great location and a super clean room!!!

great location super clean room firm mattress

the location was amazing and within walking distance to many attractions. i found my room to be clean upon arrival. the firm mattress provided great support after long travel. the mini fridge in my room was really convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

i did notice the absence of staff on the premises, but it was manageable.

a local convenience store offers various necessities. the hop inn is just opposite. it serves delicious food, including a full english breakfast. i recommend it.

the hotel is conveniently situated within a ten-minute walk to the pavilion. this proximity allows easy access to events and attractions. this feature is definitely beneficial for tourists.

key collection takes place at the sister hotel, bourne hall, located at the top of the road. it's helpful to note this for a smooth check-in process. the night staff was also friendly and very helpful.

the location was good. i found the room quite spacious and clean. the staff was very kind and offered everything i needed. i will definitely stay there again
